Step 1: Choose your width spacing and yield. If working on estimated yield click Est. T/ha in box 2 and enter estimated yield figure in box 3.
Step 2: Calculate the number of beet in your sample that are: under, over or of optimum crowning. (The tool will work out percentages for you). Press green calculate button.
Step 3: Repeat above for surface losses and root break.
